The production of jeans involves a meticulous and multi-step process, beginning with the selection of quality denim fabric. Once chosen, the fabric is cut into specific patterns, ensuring efficient use of material. These patterns are then sewn together to form the basic jean structure. The next step involves adding details such as pockets, zippers, buttons, and rivets. The jeans are then carefully inspected for any imperfections and undergo washing and distressing processes to achieve the desired look and feel. After washing, the jeans are dried and ironed before undergoing a final quality check. Once approved, the jeans are folded, packaged, and prepared for distribution, reaching fashion-conscious consumers around the globe.
